This Call for Proposals aims to identify a research consortium to produce the high-quality research report, with the objectives of the research project outlined in these terms of reference, as guidance for the technical proposal. The consortium should consist of a leading global research institute on women, peace and security, and a leading regional research institute in the Arab States region.
