A care crisis in the Nordic welfare states?
Can we speak about a care crisis in the Nordic welfare states, and if so what are the characteristics of this crisis and the major areas of concern in regard to gender equality and welfare state sustainability?
The corona pandemic has highlighted the fundamental importance of care, and at the same time shown the ambivalence and contradictions of public policy responses.

This conference brings together researchers from the Nordic Care Crisis Network (NCCN) and practitioners, policy makers and civil society representatives in the care sector, to discuss ongoing developments and possibilities for transformation.

Online and hybrid format - Roskilde University (building 41.1) with online participation possible via Zoom. A link will be sent out to registered participants.

REGISTRATION
Registration is free, and the conference is open to the interested public. In order to be able to comply with relevant precautions, only registered participants can attend on campus.

Please register by email to Laura Horn (lhorn@ruc.dk) by 20 October 2020.
