Participants will analyse this broad range of issues and, most importantly, further their knowledge of how they interact and the consequences this has for mainstreaming gender in strategic planning. Through discussions with some of the leading practitioners in the field, delegates will also develop comprehensive and clear plans to facilitate gender equity within organisations and in the provision of services towards wider objectives of social and economic development.

This is a specialist training course leading to a Level 7 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Certificate in Management and Leadership.
