Welcome to the seminar series Gender, Gender Equality and Natural Sciences!
Gender challenges in academic careers and organisations: Nordic and international perspectives. How does gender (still) matter in academia, in Sweden, Nordic countries and internationally?
Research on gender in academia has demonstrated a persistence of gendered structures and cultures and resistance to change, but also revealed new gender challenges. The presentation will review and discuss the developments of the gender question in academia in the light of recent research and policy developments.
