TRAJECTORIES IN CONTEMPORARY GENDER RESEARCH – Politics, conflicts and visions
This course will examine how the concept politics and political content in gender studies developed and expanded the meanings of politics.
The aim of the course is to study both how gender studies has been (and still is) influenced and shaped by social ideologies and how gender research and feminist research, by connecting science and politics, have created spaces for other visions and possibilities.

The scholars teaching the course are Diana Mulinari, professor in Gender Studies at Lund University, and Lena Martinsson, professor in Gender Studies at Gothenburg University, who will share their personal trajectories.
