After Work - workshop
NORM CRITIQUE FOR DUMMIES

at Helsinki and Stockholm Pride 2016

The workshop session will provide you the basics to the norm critical approach, or norm critical conscousness that we actually prefer to use in our work.

You have to be ready to take part in interactive tasks, discuss with other people and practice self critisism.

During our session we will answer dummies` questions such as:
* Which norms?
* Who´s being critical?
* What is the difference between norm critical approach, norm critical creativity and norm critical knowledge?
* Why does Ekvalita prefer to use norm consciousness instead of norm critique?
* How to use norm consciousness in everyday work?

Malin Gustavsson and Annukka Jamisto work at Ekvalita. Ekvalita is a gender and diversity consultancy company based in Helsinki, Finland. It is also a think thank, collaboration space and an innovative factory for new ideas in the field.
