After registering participants receive a Training Wishes Assessment Questionnaire. On the basis of their answers to this questionnaire, the practical part of the training will be tailored to the wishes and needs of the participants.

Each thematic area of the training will have a theoretical and a practical part. Discussions, exchange of experiences and exercises will make the training dynamic and highly participative. Participants can make exercises with their own projects, or with the case studies provided by the trainers.
